If your chain breaks or requires adjustment, we offer complimentary re-welding and repair services within 30 days of your initial appointment.

Visit our online booking portal and select a 'Repair and Re-weld' appointment at any of our pop-up locations or studio spaces.

Bring Your Chain

Ensure you bring the original Sunstone chain to your appointment; if the chain is lost, a replacement fee will apply based on the metal type.

Professional Re-Welding

Our technicians will clean the link and perform a precision weld to secure your jewelry, followed by a strength test to ensure it is perfectly fitted.
